Guest 5 Stars: 1. Cleanliness 2. Professionalism 3. Building exterior 4. Interior décor, and last but most important the feeling of being secure "safe at home". From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff was outstanding. Very attentive, knowledgeable and just down right friendly. At check in I was reluctant to valet my car, based on my belief that you don't give a stranger keys to 50 grand but I must say the garage did their job and your desk clerk handled my objections extremely well. The maid staff was both thorough and friendly. The breakfast staff was as well. One morning we had coffee in the courtyard and had the pleasure of watching a gentleman on the breakfast staff turn a 2 year old boy's accident of spilling a bowl of cereal into both a fun and learning to count event that the boy loved. It put a smile on everyone's face. It was nice to see someone enjoying their work. In our business my wife and enjoy the opportunity to travel several times a year and we love to find a neighborhood we can call home for a few days. Simply immerse ourselves for 2 or 3 days into the neighborhood with no driving or taxi cabs just walking. Just meeting the people, eating in the restaurants, shopping, or just stopping at the local farmers market like we did at the Treasure Island food store. I must say from your hotel, your restaurants, Wrigley field, to your neighborhood everyone we met were just nice folks. We love your neighborhood and its people and we will be back. Thank you very much. Troy Ferguson

Guest This is a small, quaint, comfy little hotel which serves a very diverse community. This is not a Streeterville or Loop kind of hotel but a very personal, friendly and accommodating Lakeview hotel. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. There are many places to get a bite to eat within a block from the front door. The rooms are clean and well appointed with a French country feel. Free WiFi, flat panel television, fridge, microwave, continental breakfast and a great little patio to have your cup of coffee in the morning and people watch. The junior suites are very roomy with a DVD player and Jacuzzi tub. Clubbing, Wrigley Field and the Red Line are all in walking distance making this little hotel a great retreat and a comfortable stay.
